Infrastructure automation software business Puppet has been acquired by Perforce for an undisclosed sum. Perforce is dependable for a suite of well known developer and devops applications, most notably Helix.
Puppet’s 500 workers, brand name, and application suite will go on to operate as a standalone small business device inside of Perforce for now.
