Очень хороший и простой в использовании видеоредактор для резки и склеивания видео-файлов.
Открываете видеофайл или файлы в левом меню, перетаскиваете в основное окно для проигрывания, выделяете нужные фрагменты, сохраняете их в нижнюю панель и нажимаете на одну из двух кнопок Split или Join, все дальше идет запись. Перед записью можно выбрать параметры сохраняемого файла или нажать на кнопку Default Settings, а полученный mpeg-файл декодировать в формат avi например через всем известный Dr.DivX. Кстатьи для большей точности, чтобы не было перебора или недобора нескольких кадров, лучше пользовать только кнопкой Join даже если вы хотите только вырезать что-то
